At MasterPulls.shop, we offer pre-order options for selected upcoming Pokémon Trading Card Game products. Our pre-order service allows collectors to reserve highly anticipated products before their official release.

Please read this Pre-Order Policy carefully before placing a pre-order.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an advance purchase made for a product that has not yet been released or is not currently available in stock.

By placing a pre-order with MasterPulls.shop, you are reserving the product with the understanding that availability and release dates are subject to manufacturer and supplier timelines.

2. Pre-Order Payments

Payment may be required at the time of placing a pre-order unless otherwise stated.

By completing a pre-order purchase, you authorize MasterPulls.shop to reserve the product for you once it becomes available.

Your order will only be prepared for shipment after the product has been officially released and received by our inventory team.

3. Release Dates

All release dates provided for pre-order products are estimated dates.

Release dates may change due to circumstances outside of our control, including:

  • Manufacturer delays

  • Supplier delays

  • Distribution changes

  • Shipping interruptions

  • Production issues

MasterPulls.shop is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, or shipping providers.

4. Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available and have passed our quality checks.

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your order may be:

  • Shipped together once all items are available, or

  • Split into separate shipments depending on availability and shipping arrangements.

Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments where applicable.

5. Pre-Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests for pre-orders may be accepted before the order enters the fulfillment process.

Once a pre-order has been prepared for shipment or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Pre-Order Refunds

Approved pre-order cancellations or refunds will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

7. Product Availability

While we make every effort to fulfill all pre-orders, availability may occasionally be affected by supplier allocations or unexpected inventory limitations.

In rare cases where we cannot fulfill a pre-order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, such as:

  • A full refund

  • Store credit

  • Alternative options where available

8. Product Allocations

For highly requested Pokémon TCG releases, manufacturers or distributors may limit available quantities.

If inventory allocations occur, MasterPulls.shop will fulfill orders based on availability and fair allocation practices.

9. Pricing Changes

Pre-order prices are locked in at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

MasterPulls.shop reserves the right to correct pricing errors caused by technical issues or incorrect product information.

10. Collectible Product Disclaimer

Pokémon TCG products are collectible items.

Minor manufacturing variations, including packaging differences or small cosmetic imperfections, may occur and do not automatically qualify for replacement or refund.
